Trim ― The Finishing Touch

Our J-trim is suitable for snug, smooth mounting of 1/2" core material without any panel adjustments. The face leg of standard J-trim is a minimum of 3/4" wide; deluxe trim is
1-3/4" wide. Miters are hairline tight and smooth to the touch. Combination boards are joined using an H-bar with a face dimension equal to the face leg of the J-trim. This produces a uniform appearance.

Chalk Tray and Map Options

Chalk and tack boards up to 16' are factory framed in a single panel and delivered to the job site for installation using a concealed L-clip fastener. Boards over 16' are butt joined with H-bar and field installed directly to the wall using concealed fastening systems.

 

Blade tray: A solid extrusion with smooth and rounded ends that wrap the bottom of the board and mount with hidden fasteners.

 

Box tray: A solid extrusion with a grooved tray section and molded aluminum end caps. The tray is mounted to boards using a hidden fastening system.

Map rail: Each chalk board is capped with a 2" extra strength extruded aluminum map rail, hollow filled with a cork tack strip.

Accessories

Accessories include map, paper, and flag holders, display clips, map roller brackets and combination hooks.
